The Center for Research in Primary Health Care (CINAPS) conducts research in three main areas: individual and collective health (individuals, families, and communities, and strategies for providing comprehensive care); health education and policy (guiding educational content and strategies for excellence in the training of health professionals); and strategies for achieving PHC-based health systems. CINAPS forms a national research network with institutions and health professionals linked to primary health care, social participation, and collaboration with international institutions
