The Public Health and Stomatological Management Research Unit carries out research and teaching activities focused on identifying the main oral health problems in Peru, in its different regions and in different types of populations. Its importance lies in the fact that it is the only entity at UPCH dedicated to research in public stomatological health, from the evaluation of policies, programs, projects, and interventions that have an impact on oral health at the local, regional, and national levels. Similarly, it is dedicated to research on stomatological management processes at the public and private levels, evaluating the best strategies for the continuous improvement of stomatological services.
